I’m a 63-year-old Scotsman who loves helping people you have the drive to live their best and happiest life and need some help on their journey.My own journey’s been a lot of fun with some heartbreak, failures, setbacks and disappointments thrown in along the way. I’ve tried my hand at so many things. I've worked as a mountain sports instructor, high-end Hi-Fi salesman, expedition leader, picture framer, musician, writer, photographer, cleaner, wine waiter, maintenance guy, performance coach, counsellor, trainer, professional speaker, and so much more! For the last thirty years or so, I’ve produced personal and professional development training that’s empowers individuals and communities to make positive changes. I'm proud to have designed and delivered programmes that have helped stop serious offenders from reoffending, improved patient outcomes in hospitals, collaborated in building groundbreaking solutions for the farming community, as well as upskilled local workers in rural communities in developing countries.Today, I love helping clients re-examine and re-imagine their lives, (re)discover their inner and outer resources, achieve their goals, and live their best life, whether that's focusing on personal growth, professional success, or community development. I understand that every individual is unique and I'm committed to honouring that in all my work.
