All customers became reference-able accounts. At the same time, I increased project profitability by increasing the effective hourly billing rate by 38%. In 2008, I was responsible for the booking and recognition of $1.1MM in revenue. In Q1/2009 I was responsible for booking $1.2MM in revenue – the highest Q1 booking in the division’s history – and the recognition of $550K in revenue. In both 2008 and 2009 professional services bookings and recognition accounted for approximately 68% of the division’s revenue.

Finally, I developed Troux’s first on-demand hosted solution for GMAC Financial Services with a contract value of $800K over three years. At the time of my departure, GMAC and Troux were negotiating renewal of the hosted solution with a contract value of approximately $1.6MM.
