These tools are practical, fast, scientifically validated, easy to use and deliver really useful information to assist managers choose the right talent and insights to manage their people and performance better. The Predictive Index is currently used by some of the leading companies in the world and New Zealand such as Maersk, Nestle, IKEA, Subway, Sime Darby Motor Group and Kotahi.

Those who work and play on the ocean care deeply about its health and future. Seafarers, members of the public, recreational sailors, professional mariners, fishermen, surfers, and divers all have unique access to the coast, littoral waters, the vastness of the ‘blue water’ ocean. Anyone with access to the beach can keep an eye on its health. As a community, we can help map and identify pollution simply by taking a picture through the Eyesea App. Images are important because they are quick and easy to take, and because they have a strong impact. This data will provide an accurate map of where the pollution problems are, so effective and efficient remedies can be initiated.

I led the HR function in this rapidly growing, highly decentralised, innovative and customer driven road construction and maintenance company. I was responsible for leading HR and in my one year at Higgins completed a number of significant projects, while managing complex ER issues and providing HR support to business leaders.

I provided consulting services to ADHB on a number of key change projects and integration programmes. This included Outsourcing, In-sourcing, restructuring and managing several complex ER issues to successful completion.

Managing the HR Workstream in the integration programme between Lloyds Bank and HBoS across Western Europe in their Wholesale Banking Division and delivering £4 million in benefits.

Tyco Fire & Security is the leading fire and security technology provider in the world. The Central Europe region stretched from Benelux, through the Nordic region and across Central and Eastern Europe to Russia/CIS. I ran HR for this region, which was highly dynamic and required pragmatic business-focused people solutions. During this time I initiated a number of highly valuable projects and initiatives that increased employee engagement, developed organisational capability and leadership talent.

Initiating and rolling out HR programs across Europe. These were focused on Sales Management, Recruitment, Project Management and Talent retention. I also ran HR for the Nordic Countries.

In this role I managed HR for 6 countries across this region. This role combined both strategic and tactical elements.
