In this role I was a finance leader for one of the largest global Coca-Cola Company business units. Spanning 9 countries my team was based in London, Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen and Dublin. I was a member of the Extended Leadership plus the Marketing & Operations Leadership team for the business unit. I was responsible for managing stragetic business planning and performance management for this multi-billion dollar business and for actively managing multi-million dollar marketing and operating expense budgets. During 2010-2012 I was a member of the cross-system leadership team that was established to manage the activation of The Company's sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympics in conjunction with our bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises. In 2013 I managed the cross functional project with Innocent Drinks to connect the their business to Coca-Cola following acquisition.In 2013 I was a member of the team that executed the move of the London headquarters from Hammersmith to Marylebone. I ran the pitch and appointed caterers to the new office transforming the offering.In 2013/14 I was a member of a global team that developed a new global finance training program.

In this role I was a member of the European Group Finance leadership team. I had two key functions in this role.1) I supported The European Chief Customer Officer and his team that managed Coca-Cola's relationships with European headquartered international retailers and customers such as Tesco, Metro, Carrefour, Shell, Compass, Sodexo etc. Seven of the top ten global customers are European headquartered with many of them being as large as a medium sized country from a volume perspective. I and my team were responsible for delivering key data and insights to support a team of Global Account Directors in their negotiations with these customers. My team was based in London and Atlanta. 2) Provide Commercial Finance business partnering support to the European Chief Marketing Officer and his team. I was a member of the European Innovation Pipeline Committee that reviewed and approved all new product and package launches across Europe.
