I started UDig back in 2001. I enjoy technology, business and being an entrepreneur. UDig has evolved over the past 15 years. We began as a technology staffing company and have grown into solutions and consulting company. We have unique and flexible engagement models that allow our customers and employees to work in different capacities. Our continued focus on digital, data and engineering have enabled us to specialize in critical client areas while attracting great people to grow our expertise. My goal is to build businesses that are client and employee focused. The balance of the two is necessary for survival. Creating high performing companies that are creative, and allow for flexible and fun work environment is incredibly challenging. We want our people to work hard and then disconnect from the office. Being able to disconnect is paramount to problem solving.
