This role includes global P/L responsibility of over 3,000 clients and 5,000 employees across the Big Data, Agency, email, Loyalty, Digital, Mobile, Social and Marketing Operations offerings, as well as responsibility for enterprise sales, marketing and corporate development.

At Epsilon, Andy oversees the company’s Client Services and Sales globally. This role includes global P/L responsibility of over 3,000 clients and 5,000 employees across the Big Data, Loyalty, Digital, Mobile, Social and Marketing Operations offerings, as well as responsibility for enterprise sales, marketing and corporate development. During Andy’s presidency at Epsilon, the company was ranked by Ad Age as the #1 US Agency Across All Disciplines.

As President of Marketing Technology, Andy was responsible for the advancement of Epsilon’s Loyalty, Database and Digital solutions worldwide. In addition, he fostered innovation and led the team to develop solutions to meet clients’ marketing technology needs.

Andy transformed the company from a small business marketing portal into an enterprise SaaS solution and eventually into an automated multichannel marketing platform. During his tenure, he dramatically increased the company’s client base and successfully launched new solutions that integrated Web 2.0 concepts with customer value management.

Major projects included the development of marketing services investment strategy for a $1.2 billion private equity fund and redesign of the distribution strategy for a $800 million services company.

Andy created and managed Exchange Applications to a first mover advantage with the Analytics CRM market. He led the company through a successful IPO and executed on eight consecutive, profitable quarters as a public company, exceeding Wall Street expectations.
