Business builder and entrepreneur, I thrive on the challenge of building and guiding teams to create a winning business. Earning my stripes in the recruitment industry I had the opportunity to spend time in hundreds of businesses learning about their unique problems and cultures, coupling this with interviewing thousands of people over the years has given me a great insight into growing teams, defining culture and setting vision. My growth into the technology sector has afforded me the opportunity to build businesses that have found new approaches to delivering solutions to some of the world’s leading corporations. This has been done not by being the smartest guy in the room but by defining strategy, defining the execution plan and ensuring the right people are on the bus to get us to our goals. After exiting BuzzNumbers I joined the team at Arkk Solutions (where I was a seed investor and early advisor). During my time, there I built the regulatory software arm of the business, restructured the outsourcing operation and added better processes to the business, all with the goal of driving revenue and bottom line. Latterly I took the role of Non-Executive Director.Recently I have been working on interesting consulting projects supporting entrepreneurs to drive their visions forward.
