I developed the essential elements of my UX design and research skill set in a design incubator environment. I paired with multiple design-and solution-focused teams to conduct user research, synthesis, and ideation to test and build cross-platforms solutions that solve complex problems for companies in various industries.My clients included:- Vacation Fund is an employee-benefit program that allows employers to match their employees’ contributions to designated vacation savings funds. We identified and improved users’ awareness and understanding of the platform by expanding their onboarding process while providing visually appealing data projections and an overhauled dashboard experience. To assist in the platform’s growth and development, we designed a future-state user experience tool that provided further engagement with its users by providing user-generated content surrounding the culture of travel.- Design Museum of Chicago is a non-profit cultural institution committed to accessible design and engagement with local communities. We designed a web-responsive platform to further empower and entice creative minds to be active in the art scene. It also provided Design Museum of Chicago and others opportunities to market and recognize new talent, exhibitions, or news.
