I have a heart for helping underserved communities – especially youth - access the services and experiences that help them expand their horizons and know there are possibilities beyond their current situation. I’m compassionate and passionate program manager experienced in community outreach, enrichment, and education in at-risk, low income, and economically diverse areas. I’ve never had more fulfillment or found an experience more rewarding than when working in some of Dallas’s most depressed areas. I honestly believe the biggest opportunities and change come from the largest challenges. As a leader, I build authentic relationships with people by meeting them where they area. I also bring a relatable and high-energy personality that has helped in assimilating to a variety of cultures and demographics while delivering and developing impactful programs that change lives.
