Provide training and exercise support for a high visibility U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) program. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities required to execute all portions of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) for USASOC’s exercise programs. TAAC-Air Operations Support Services (OSS) DPM ALO Mentor- train, advise and assist (TAA) the Afghan Air Force (AAF) Air Liaison Officers (ALO) forward deployed to Afghan National Army (ANA) Corps headquarters developing sustainable and enduring Air-Ground Integration (AGI) processes critical to military operations. As DPM, responsible for assisting the Program Manager in the preparation and delivery of routine administrative RTN reports and deliverables. Supervising the cadre of 6 ALO mentors and 6 Cat-2 Linguists distributed at each ANA Corps Headquarters. Also responsible for devising, fielding, implementing an Afghan wide enterprise of significant complexity, with little to no supervision from coalition leadership. Mentor six ANA Corps Commanders (2/3 star generals) on achieving long term sustainable Air-Ground Integration (AGI) enterprise.

Serve as a joint fire support exercise and operations planner at JSOC, Ft Bragg, and NC. Responsible as a part of a multifunctional planning team to lead, coordinate and facilitate the wide variety and scope of joint SOF ground/aviation training/exercise and support requirements within the Joint Event Life Cycle for operational and tactical, graduate level joint operations fire support exercises. Exercises are comprised of US and Allied Special Operations Forces, and US and Allied multi-service Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing aircraft, CAS/Fighter/Bomber platforms and direct/indirect fire support platforms.
