My responsibilities are around the lead software platform, Cintellate, which can be implemented in either a SQL or ORACLE environment. It is a web-based, process driven package built on .NET and Java and is fully customisable through integrated Admin and Designer tools.All of my projects are implementations of Cintellate into a client’s current environment. There are 20 standard business processes available (Incident Mgt; Risk; Audit; Hazard Mgt; Corrective Actions; etc) and we customise these to suit each client’s business needs, with a focus on the outputs of the system via reporting, dashboards, notifications and escalations.Reporting to a Program Manager and the Client Services Manager, I am responsible for all facets of Cintellate implementation projects, with budgets from $100k to > $3m: from pre-sales and Proposals through Project Initiation, Scoping, Specification, Configuration, Testing, Implementation, Closeout and Lessons Learned.
