IT Business Systems Analyst within the IT department at Friends Provident. My role involves working with colleagues and customers to investigate and model business functions, processes, procedures, information flows and dialogues between information systems and their users, that will meet the business requirements. Anaysing the underlying issues, requirements and problems arising from investigations and identify available options for consideration. Assisting users/customers in defining acceptance tests for automated systems and also help to asses the risks, costs and potential benefits of alternative business process designs.
