Within months, I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and managed a team of 5 while still carrying and exceeding a personal sales quota. Within 18 months of joining PayChoice, I was promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales and managed a team of 15 sales team members in 5 states. I served in this role for 4 years. In my last year at PayChoice, I served as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations for the national sales team. I also was responsible for payroll service bureau software sales -- selling our software to other independent payroll service bureau operators.
