Across these 3 companies I led over 20 acquisitions & 6 strategic sales.At Syrgis, I led revenue growth 3x & EBITDA 4x over 5 years, resulting in a strategic exit at ~9x EBITDA providing shareholders (Edgewater Capital) a top tier return.At Accella, I led revenue growth 5x & EBITDA 7x over 4.5 years, resulting in a strategic exit to the Carlisle Companies for $670M at 11.6x EBITDA providing shareholders (Arsenal Capital) a top tier return. At Vantage Specialty Chemicals, completed two transformational European acquisitions, further building the global strategy & foundation for future growth.
