• Based in the Singapore Office, my role reports to the Credit Control Supervisor based in the UK. It cover all aspects of credit control and billing for our Asian shows (currently in Singapore and Hong Kong)My duties.
• Responsibility for all debt collection, by telephone and email, on Asia based shows, ensure all is collected before the show and in line with monthly targets.
• Prepare reporting figures for Management and participate in Board meetings
• Analysis of debtor's reports and identify key reasons for delayed/non-payment.
• Circulate weekly debtors reports to accurately communicate debt collection status to the exhibition teams and Credit Control Supervisor
• Hold regular update meetings with Sales and Supervisors to agree actions and deal with queries or issues.

• Responsible for timely collection of outstanding debts and monitoring of client payment and strictly adhere to credit limit and credit risk flag for individual customers.
• Establish adequate action plan for credits likely to deteriorate to minimize credit costs & recommend and initiate appropriate course of action on any errant cases.
• Provide prompt and proper resolution in rectifying disputes on debt collections.
• Timely application of bank receipts in Sage and update credit control collection system on all credit control activities undertaken in CRM.
• Timely release of blocked orders in Sage within the approved credit limit.
• Send Statement of Account, reminder letter and past due letter to customers.

** Review high delinquency rates of unsecured loans( mainly on credit cards ) and apply appropriate legal measures in recovery.** Monitoring of repayment schedule by sending reminder notices and via tele-conversation.
