Originally joined the business as a Business Development Executive, but within the course of just twelve months, I was quickly promoted to Sales Manager. This due to a business proposal I put forward to introduce and implement what is now known within Textlocal, as the Welcome Call Process. This process is unique to Textlocal and is something that none of our competitors in the market currently offer. Predominantly the Welcome Call Process allows us as a business to capture and increase revenue with a dedicated team actively reaching out to clients signing up to use our online platform

Establishing and prospecting key decision makers and arranging face to face meetings for business managers to attend. Responsible for establishing the opportunity and qualifying the account, adhering to strict criteria and timelines. Working towards stringent KPI’s and targeted on a minimum of 6 meetings set per week, which I exceeded consistently and subsequently was promoted to Senior Business Development Manager. My role now involved my weekly target as well as developing and coaching new members of staff and I was also responsible for call listening, monitoring and feeding back.
