Responsible for full office P&L, strategy and day to day operations of the Silicon Valley sales office. Manage channel & embedded sales teams covering territories of Silicon Valley up to the Pacific Northwest. Lead contact for all U.S. global accounts. Work directly with Product Management, Supply Chain Management & Pricing Teams to bring quality DRAM.

Manage North American National Distribution, Online Retail, Direct Market Reseller (DMR) and National Retail business segments.Responsible for setting performance goals, P&L, sales metrics, marketing/co-op, overall channel strategy and drive execution.

Responsible for driving all new business development in the Midwest region for $1.15 billion dollar company in the memory industry. Oversee all tier-1 national retail business & key account operations that includes end-to-end product marketing, program/contract negotiations, assortment exposure, product launches, Spring/Fall transitions, competitive.

Accountable for achieving territory sales goals, expanding market share of memory module & flash business, execution of marketing plans, and effective account management of approximately 100 specialized distributors, resellers & online retailers. Called on Senior Buyers, Product Managers, VP's of Product Management and General Manager level clients.
