Development and deployment of a people and talent management strategy for a not for profit organisation which was going through a period of major expansion. At the same time there was a significant driver to continue to enable the performance of existing staff whilst containing attrition and costs.

Development & deployment of leadership offerings for the mid to senior management population focusing on enhancing their capability to lead. At the same time working to develop and implement strategies for talent identification and mobility, including executive selection centres; initially this role was for the Corporate Banking & Financial Markets Division and then at Group level. Previously also acted as Business Training Consultant for the Financial Markets Operations at RBS.
