The Study Environment depends on an interplay between faculty, students, administrative staff and the buildings in which learning, teaching and extra curricula activities take place. At DTU, we are very proud of our ambitious and able students and we strive to provide them with the best possible environment to enrich their university experience. The committee aims to provide insight and analysis of current facilities as the university undergoes steady expansion in student and faculty numbers, as well as large investments in building renovation and new buildings. We aim further to evaluate and take advantage of new developments in technology and to stay abreast with societal changes. Every level of teaching should be based on learning objectives that are at the appropriate level and with increasing cognitive challenges.
