About Andy Houltberg

I have twenty years of experience working in nonprofit organizations and faith communities. Over these years, I have been privileged to lead and work with people of various ages, socioeconomic statuses, religions, and ethnic backgrounds. I have extensive leadership experience, implementing and fundraising for initiatives and programs that support individuals and families facing tremendous adversity and social injustices (e.g., trauma, incarceration, substance abuse, poverty). I have effectively engaged and organized board members, volunteers, and employees around a shared purpose to execute the organization's mission. I also have substantial experience communicating and articulating a vision to potential stakeholders to garner support and resources for furthering this mission and collaborating with multiple helping agencies to assure efficiencies and quality of care. Finally, my leadership experience and strong passion for promoting social, economic, mental, and spiritual health for individuals and families make me an ideal fit for your organization.
