In a varied role in the Cyber & Digital Investigations group I lead Digital Investigations projects for big-name clients, specialising in eDiscovery workflows from Data Collection through to Production. My meticulous documenting of these processes, management of our team of eDiscovery experts, and my swift response to emerging crises, enables our clients to deliver on their undertakings with confidence. Having worked with such varied products as Clearwell, Recommind, Relativity, Introspect, iConect and CaseLogistix (for example) means I am well-versed in modern document management best-practice.

In addition to the higher-level EDRM model Project Management workflows, I also continue to manage Production teams of scanners and coders, ensuring a seamless service for our clients.

Among many others I helmed projects for two Public Sector agencies delivering into Introspect and Clearwell respectively. Both projects were completed to strict deadlines and brought in on budget.

I was responsible for many projects, overseeing their progress through the production process from start to finish and I never missed a milestone. Working through weekends, where necessary, to ensure quarterly targets were achieved demonstrated my ability to deliver projects to tough deadlines. Liaising closely with clients I was able to provide a reliable interface for their queries, as well as working with them to resolve problems and issues, providing after-sales support and feedback.

On promotion to this position I took over project delivery for their biggest client at the time and initiated new processes to streamline production for the next phase of business. My ability to pick up new skills swiftly meant the department could substantially increase throughput across all business lines. Working with Access databases I developed technical functionalities that strengthed business processes, delivered to deadlines, provided relevant management information and monitored progress.
