I'm working on a project called 'Drift Across The World' where I'll be driving a road-legal drift car from Australia to Ireland, participating in international drift events, connecting with communities and cultures around worldwide and fulfilling dreams for children, as I raise funds for my charity partner Make-A-Wish International.

I challenged myself to trek from the Uk to Australia to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention.

- Responsible for the daily operations of the company. - Responsible for over 40 staff members.- I run and manage many teams within the company such as the media crew, parts team, instructors, mechanics and site staff. - Responsible for a car fleet of over 90 cars which includes an F1 car, many race cars and high end supercars. - Responsible for creating and implementing systems to make daily operations more efficient.

- Setting up an online business from start to finish.- Creating a sustainable business plan.- Supplying Drift Motorsport goods across europe.- Communication with 12 of my suppliers worldwide to ship products to my customers.- Incharge of my own Bookkeeping.- Administration work, replying to customer queries and orders.- Processing orders etc.

- Responsible for all Inbound and outbound sales and deliveries.- Responsible for selling in house and online products.- Responsible up-selling products to increase revenue.- Continuously developing new ways to bring in more revenue.- Assisting in the workshop to prepare cars for events.- Setting up events for race days.- Reporting and documenting everything on a CRM system called SAP.

- Help organise international drift championship events for Ireland, England, Europe and the Middle East.- Understanding all aspects of the business.- Responsible for all administrational; Driver entries, ticket sales.- Responsible for packing and shipping online orders.- Managing, organizing, setting up and administration for a drifting course.- Creating new sources of income.- Up-selling courses and merchandise.- General upkeep of the business. Maintenance on vehicles.- Tutoring people the skills of how to drift.

- Responsible for the successful attainment of Clubs targets.- Responsible for restructuring the whole sales process of the business.- Changing from selling online membership to face to face selling.- Creating unique selling propositions to differentiate the Club from the many gyms locatednearby.- Hiring, training and developing a strong team of sales advisors to implement this restructuring.- Motivate staff through various sales meetings via role playing by telephone or shadowing club.- Demonstrate personal sales leadership success by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.- Collaborating with the marketing team and developing strategies to initiate the developmentand growth of the club.- Implementing new CRM software (ActiveCampaign) to manage company's interaction with potential customers and compile data from a range of various communication channels,including general website enquiries, telephone enquiries, email correspondence and socialmedia.

- Responsible for creating an academy from the start.- Responsible for getting tutors to instruct the courses.- Responsible for marketing and creating leads and develop strategies to develop and grow the academy.- Introducing a sales structure to convert leads, both over phone and face to face.- Responsible for the administrational work.- Setting up interviews, open days resulting in over 150 people globally joining.

- Involved primarily in all aspects of the printing and production process.- Responsible for creating new businesses contacts and leads and also prospecting.- Responsible for marketing and the development of new business contracts.- Communication skills and the ability to achieve set goals were key requirements for this role.

- Responsible for incorporating the facilitation of fitness classes and personal training.- Prospecting and graining more members.- Responsible for the opening and closing of the gym.- Developed one to one programmes and set targets and goals for clients.- During my time in this role I achieved VTCT Level 5 qualification in personal training.
