- Led the engineering team responsible for the Universal Windows OneDrive app.

- One of the leaders for the design and development of the new Outlook Calendar application which shipped with Windows 10, on both desktop and mobile. Managed features in all parts of the application, with team size varying from 5 to 16 people.

- Led the work to integrate the Office graphics rendering engine into Excel Online to allow charts rendered in Excel Online to match the fidelity of charts produced in the Excel client application.

- Led the effort to incorporate advanced photo editing features from Microsoft Research into the Microsoft Office suite. - Made all changes necessary to allow both the v1 and v2 graphics engines in Microsoft Office to compile & run on x64.

- Led the design and implementation of the data model for the SmartArt diagramming engine in Microsoft Office. SmartArt allows users to easily turn any bulleted list into a beautiful diagram, dramatically increasing the impact of the information.

- Implemented and enhanced the Save as HTML feature for Visio 2002 & 2003.

- Re-wrote the Gantt Chart solution Visio 2000, as well as implemented the Save as HTML feature in Visio 2002 & 2003. Visio Corp. was aquired by Microsoft in January 2000.

- Worked on LapLink Enterprise.

- Worked on online document retrieval system, as well as a gift registry system for a major national retailer.

- Worked on many aspects of a BPR tool.
