About Andy Hull
Andy Hull is a co-founder of NextRequest.com, a civic technology company, as well as web developer and a former Code for America fellow. Over the years Andy has worked with think tanks, academic libraries, nonprofits, and government agencies to create user-centered applications. During his Code for America fellowship year he worked with three teammates and partners from the City of San Francisco to build Promptly, a text messaging system for the San Francisco Human Services Agency that helps clients keep their benefits. Before that Andy produced interactive maps, websites focused on savings for the poor, and data visualizations for a non-profit think tank. In his new role at NextRequest, Andy continues to build technology that has a positive impact on people's lives by solving problems that affect real people at the municipal level.
