Andy Hull is a co-founder of NextRequest.com, a civic technology company, as well as web developer and a former Code for America fellow. Over the years Andy has worked with think tanks, academic libraries, nonprofits, and government agencies to create user-centered applications. During his Code for America fellowship year he worked with three teammates and partners from the City of San Francisco to build Promptly, a text messaging system for the San Francisco Human Services Agency that helps clients keep their benefits.
