I mean, who doesn't love a good sensor-based automated irrigation system from the future, right?Back in 2004, I founded my first e-commerce company with only a measly $100 in my pocket (SuperTwinkle.com), and since then, I've been on a non-stop entrepreneurial journey, continuing to share the future with all of you. These days, I'm an Irrigation Technology Consultant, Founder/President of SprinklerSupplyStore.com, and host of The Sprinkler Nerd Podcast.Oh, and did I mention that I appeared on ABC's Shark Tank (ECOMOWER 2011)? Yeah, I'm kind of a big deal. But wait, there's more! I also helped build the first distribution network for Baseline Control Systems and have helped hundreds of Irrigation Contractors & Engineering Consultants use technology to improve their business.So, what's my secret sauce, you ask? Well, I choose to be curious, my friends. It’s that simple. I'm a curious cat, always asking "why?" and never satisfied with the status quo or default thinking. I like to call it the "Ask Why" approach, and it's led me to where I am today.But it's not just about asking questions. I'm also all about "leadership by experimentation". That means I'm not afraid to take risks, try new things, and learn from my mistakes. It's what keeps my engine running and makes every day interesting.
