As Group Sales Manager for SSC I was charged with maximising sales revenue, profitability and market share.During my time at SSC Laser I have been the driving force behind changes within sales, implementing new sales process and protocol within the SSC group. I manage, coach and mentor the sales team both internal and external. I created and implemented the sales structure and strategy and oversee all sales operational requirements including all sales data analysis, the recruitment and selection process, performance management, targets and KPI's. Instrumental in creating strategy and direction for the business and have facilitated the creation of new sales divisions in Derby, Motherwell, Sunderland, Slough, Bristol and most recently Canterbury. Being the Head of Sales, I am responsible for all budgets creation and group sales throughout the UK.A member of the Board at SSC, I analyse data at the highest level to influence decision making and change. I also take sole responsibility for all aspects of marketing, ranging from direct marketing, market research, e-campaigns and social media to the organisation of exhibitions, maintaining the company website and design and management of sales collateral.

Quickly progressed within the business from Graduate Management Trainee and became Branch Corporate Account Manager.Won new contracted business from SME's to Blue Chip accounts whilst developing and building business from existing clients.I was also responsible for all areas of Account Management including chasing accounts receivable and keeping debtor days to a minimum.

Starting as a Graduate Management Trainee, i was taught all aspects of the business from bottom to the top. Responsible for all aspects of sales, from initial enquiry, through to contract negotiation and completion. Extremely fast paced, pressurised environment, with a large emphasis put on sales occupancy levels being above 90%.Highest sales figures in the branch for "up-selling" of ERAC Insurance cover.
