Directed exhibit operations from concept to completion for permanent and temporary galleries. Managed Exhibit & Collections full-time staff, generated and managed budgets, developed and maintained project schedules and directed contracted services. Project roles included developing conceptual presentations, content development, artifact acquisition, generating scale plans and elevations, color schemes, image acquisition and graphic treatments for print. Most recently developed and toured with “Bob Hope: An American Treasure,” a 2,500 square foot original traveling exhibition. Generated floor plans for each venue coordinated shipping and managed on-site show installations and breakdowns. More than 60 exhibitions installed, on time and on or under budget.

Cape Canaveral, Florida

Provided Art direction and contract coordination services for two multi-million dollar exhibit projects: Launch Complex 39 Observation Gantry, an observation tower overlooking the Space Shuttle pads; and the International Space Station Center, an attraction housing NASA’s future space program. Developed RFPs, budgets, negotiated contracts, managed fabrication subcontractors and incorporated sponsor product and services.
