Serving as a technical consultant to customers, as well as a liaison between professional services and the critical functions of Provenir's support team. Helping to prioritize client needs, urgency, and messaging to the support team in order to facilitate timely resolution of the issues and problems being reported by our clients.I also undertook a large scale effort to introduce Quality Assurance process into the Professional Services SDLC. Previously, implementation consultants (developers) were responsible for testing their own, and others, coding efforts which sometimes led to unexpected quality issues. I was able to help bring on a dedicated testing resource who improved the overall quality of our output for the client. Lastly, I also championed a major rewrite of all the technical documentation on our in-house Confluence site. Managing a technical write, we reviewed hundreds of pages of content and made critical updates to information that was not widely known to be available to the team. Served as Lead Developer to our Global Risk Development Team, assisting a team of 9 developers in executing changes to our Decision Engine code on the Provenir Platform.Major Project: Building an entirely new product on Provenir in the United Kingdom: Sunny. Led a team of Provenir developers and directly coded on the Decision Engine. Coordinating front-end developers and QA analysts to deliver two phases of the project on time.
