Oversee all aspects of a private consulting firm, with clients ranging from single private investors to corporations with over 200 employees and a 9-figure sales total, and divisions of multinational, billion-dollar companies.☑ Locations – Primarily focused in Latin America, with experience in the following: Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Germany, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, and Tanzania☑ Businesses – Worked with clients across the following industries: Agriculture, Commercial Real Estate, Disaster Management Services, Distressed Asset Investing, Emergency Response, Mining & Precious Metals, Mobile Marketing, Renewable Energy, UAS Infrastructure Services, and Warehousing, among others.☑ Project Development – Identify investment opportunities, approach partners, and collaborate with the business development & feasibility team. Guide process for regulatory and permit applications. Create and execute communications and marketing initiatives (English & Spanish). Lead small teams and report to owners/investors.☑ Products & Markets – Conduct in-depth market analyses, identify key/anchor clients, create market entry strategies, and introduce market sales teams to local contacts. Guide market entry teams as needed. Lead teams of 2-3 and report directly to owners/investors.☑ Consulting/Problem Solving – Identify issues and propose solutions, including cost-benefit and risk analysis for each strategy. Frequently hold signing authority for steps to resolution. Report to the owner or Board of Directors.
