The Head of Ops role covers JCT600's 50+ sites and 18 Brands across the North of England.Responsiblity for the Group's Aftersales performance includes achieving Labour Sales of over £60m per annum, Parts Turnover of over £60m, 50,000 tyre sales, and over 45,000 MOT Tests as well as the overall experience of JCT600 Colleagues and Customers in this area of the business.The Group's centralised database and CRM team reports into this position and the quality of JCT600's data is a key responsbility as are the thousands of CRM communications sent out each month and the integration of these with the Group's marketing communications, social media and event strategies. Key responsibilities also encompass the Group's active Motability Fleet of over 6,000 vehicles and the Sales and Aftercare performance of the Group through this key channel.JCT600's Bodyshops and their £2.5m turnover are a direct responsibility as is the Volkswagen Group TPS Programme.As Head of Operations key communications such as the Company's Annual Conference, New Manager Inductions, Management Conferences and Business Updates are also key projects as are ad-hoc franchising and strategic analyses.

Responsible for all sales and marketing activity realting to the Volkswagen Division within the JCT600 Group.Directing 8 car dealerships plus 4 Van Centres with a total of over 500 members of staff this is a 200m pound turnover operation and a large part of England's largest independant, family-owned automotive retail group.
