Board position within a UK top 30 Customer Value Management Agency in London involved in developing a new marketing methodology to determine individual customer profitability, allowing organisations to treat different customers differently.Led pitch team and won Prudential below the line business - appointed as roster agency.Led account group responsible for 70% of agency billings.Testing of new business models for Prudential (across all products, acquisition and retention), Bank of Scotland, BSkyB (Sky Box Office), Volkswagen (work included highly specified and targeted variable digital print techniques to select customers), Kodak (Pan European) and SCA (included largest ever door drop sampling campaign). Contributed to new pilot schemes that improved ways of working and realigned client business around the customer, based on their needs and preferences.

Founding Director responsible for the day to day management, growth and development of this B2B marketing agency. Client service responsibility included strategic consultancy, planning and campaign management. Client base grown from scratch to include Bank of Scotland (now HBOS), Oddbins, Kwik Save, Iceland and MBNA. Agency won industry recognition and awards for its performance including Gold at the Royal Mail/DMA awards for ‘Oranges’, a campaign that generated over £13.5m worth of revenue on deposit for the Bank’s Treasury services and with MBNA, the Mercedes affinity card was successfully launched and became the best performing affinity card in the market at the time.
