CurrentResponsible to support designated Corporate Resellers, VARs, and MSPs, as well as for the daily interaction with new and unassigned resellersPartner with the Jamf Channel and Sales teams to qualify and close opportunities for new business, growth, and renewal sales in assigned channel territoriesProvide resolution for reseller/distributor/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employeesIdentify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and benefits, and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product ManagementResponsible for ensuring billing of Jamf Managed Service Providers is done accurately bimonthly basis Collaborate with MSP Channel Account Managers, Account Executives and Sales Engineers to strategize and propose new qualified Managed service providers candidates
