Currently, I am pursuing an MBA with the goal of expanding my business acumen, providing more value in my role, and enhancing my partnership with business stakeholders.As a Senior HR Representative, I provide strategic, leadership, and functional HR support for two buildings in Los Angeles, serving both union and non-union employees. I am passionate about my work and firmly believe that Human Resources plays a pivotal role in executing organizational goals, living its mission, and fostering a productive and positive work environment, ultimately impacting the company's Return on Investment (ROI).In addition to my professional life, I have a love for travel and staying physically active.
