As a project and operations manager, I actively contribute to Co-Pace's Project Management Office (PMO), tasked with overseeing collaborative projects with startups globally. I played a significant role in structuring the PMO, the company's project management model, and defining KPIs.Among my responsibilities, I efficiently manage the community of project managers across various business units. I am entrusted with the definition of NDAs, contracts, SOWs, and the organization of analysis and strategy workshops. Once projects kick-off, I oversee their progress, ensuring the application of best practices, and I provide support to resolve operational and management conflicts.Additionally, I am responsible for monitoring statistics and production figures. I also supervise the tools and platforms used for project management. In this role, I collaborate closely with teams and collaborators in the United States, Germany, Israel, Singapore, and China.

Under the role of project manager, I managed collaboration projects with technology startups, primarily within the US-Canada ecosystem. Simultaneously, I supervised the management of North America account operations, encompassing responsibilities such as procurement, legal management, monitoring operational KPIs, and conducting statistical analytics. Additionally, I took charge of the administration and development of the CRM platform.Furthermore, I served as a program manager for a corporate accelerator and intrapreneurship incubator located in Continental’s Mexico facility. In this position, I played a key role in framework design, partner sourcing, project vetting, mediation, negotiation, overall project follow-up, and integration strategy into business units.

As an Innovation Analyst for high-technology projects, I developed a methodology for assessing business models. This methodology aims to evaluate the compatibility of new business models and assess the complexity of their adoption within the current organizational structure and existing business models.Additionally, I designed a process and methodology to implement an Innovation Management assessment tool. The tool is intended to evaluate the overall innovation system of a company and identify improvement gaps within its innovation structure, strategy, and culture.In this role, I also coordinated innovation programs and workshops for "Trend Antenna," a corporate initiative focused on generating ideas and validating product concepts using lean start-up and design thinking methodologies.

As a trainee under the Public Private Partnerships Mexico Head Manager, I served as an assistant project manager for high-technology projects. Additionally, I worked as a researcher and analyst, focusing on market and consumer trends for government grant projects in both Mexico and the United States.

I worked as a consultant for Mexican start-ups and SMEs, where I conducted market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and strategy for introducing their products into U.S. and European markets.
