• Responsible for successful delivery of custom SmartCOMM solutions, to time, budget, and customer satisfaction standards.• Assist with installation, configuration, and implementation of SmartCOMM solutions.• Interface with client via multiple methods of communication to perform training, requirements gathering / analysis and troubleshooting.• Constantly keep abreast of new technical updates within product build development.• Contribute to post-project reviews and customer implementation documents.

Key Responsibilities:• Manager for the Thunderhead (SmartCOMM) Support Team, responsible for supporting all US, LATAM and Canadian customers, plus all Global customers with 24x7 support• Support for Product & associated technology issues (XML, XSL:FO, Java, Javascript and SQL)• Platform support for Windows Server 2003 & 2008, AIX and Enterprise Linux AS• Database support for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and DB2• Call handling, logging and analysis of all Product issues using Salesforce.com• Bug and Product Enhancement analysis & reporting• Company environment & network/intranet issue resolution• Responsibility for, and maintenance of, the Support section of the Company Wiki• Line Management responsibilities, including personnel matters & recruitment
