I am a highly motivated individual with 30 years’ experience in various business development and management roles in small, regional operations as well as multinational, global environment. I have developed businesses hands-on, from scratch and managed organizations at a European level, with a multinational sales team and commercial and P&L responsibility for €30m sales.My jobs have often challenged me to develop new skills and I have always been open to personal development so I gained expertise in production management, procurement, personnel management, problem solving, customer management, consultative sales, etc., etc. I have experience in delivering strategic business development goals, increasing sales and reducing operating expenditure.I have always travelled a lot as I enjoy working and interacting with people and I firmly believe that the strongest partnerships in business are based on personal relationships and so I have never hesitated to hit the road and actually meet the people that I am working with, be it customers or suppliers.I believe in people and their skills and I have always been driving them, and myself, to where we need to be, showing the path, leading by example and effectively developing the team and individual results by providing clear leadership and directions.
