Served as an advisor to companies in various industries on thirteen completed sale or investment transactions, as well as providing advice and assistance on strategic and operational matters. Serving as interim CFO for three start-up companies in the software, healthcare and beverage sectors.

Served as a Summer Associate in the Investment Banking Division. Worked on numerous projects across various industries that included emphasis on transaction structure, company valuation and financial modeling.
