I am the Founder and President of Body Mechanics, LLC, a physical therapy practice in the Milwaukee area. Along with my excellent staff we have created great facilities and systems to help people rehabilitate orthopedic injuries and establish fit, healthy lifestyles. We maintain a practice of seeing one client at a time, usually with the same therapist each visit to allow us to listen and be systematic and logical with our treatment planning. Our methods incorporate high level manual soft tissue and joint mobilization and neuromuscular training in private treatment rooms. Manual therapy is combined with individualized exercise training both in our well-equipped gym and as a part of effective home programs. Our goals are to help clients/patients restore high levels of function for their employment, sport, and recreational demands. We aspire to help our clients be successful in establishing confidence, and a sense of well-being from being physically active.Specialties: Manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, peripheral and vertebral joint mobilization/manipulation, trigger point dry needling, and craniosacral mobilization. Movement training through Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Functional Mobilization, custom foot orthotics casting and prescription for sports and active lifestyles. All musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction including spinal and peripheral joint problems, TMJ dysfunction.
