This was a Greenfield start-up with essentially an empty building and a production line framework. I was the lead person taking charge of setting up the MES InSequence system for the JIT SPD process to maintain 100% customer uptime. Key member involved in the development of the process flow for the production line. This allowed for traceability to ensure accuracy in the completion of finished goods for the customer. 24 hour support was required and provided with no missed calls and a maximum of 20 minutes for arrival at the plant for problem resolution. Implemented changes to improve efficiencies and improve the bar code scanning. Implemented changes to the hardware configuration to realize an annualized savings of $27,000 in my first year. Helped configure and support the LAN for salaried and corporate employees. Software and hardware support of laptops and workstations. I became the “go to” person for all InSequence and PC related issues.
