I'm constantly reading and taking courses on PM, QA, Management, Leadership, EDI, ESG, and Data to use that new knowledge to make an impact.As the Project & QA Manager, I serve APA by managing timelines, requirements, communications, and quality assurance processes for software development and data projects. I assist the software development and data team to ensure the highest standard of quality for digital products and services by tracking all deliverables and acceptance criteria for those deliverables. I engage with customers to articulate needs, organize requirements, plan schedules, and create and execute test plans for acceptance and release of any new or updated products.
