CurrentAs the Chief Marketing Officer based at our London headquarters, I am responsible for overseeing the group's marketing efforts, including providing support to our teams in Romania and Bulgaria. My duties include creating marketing strategies, shaping branding and corporate identity, and managing external vendors and agencies for design, development, PR, and SEO. I have successfully rebranded and repositioned the business over the past 10 years, and it was acquired by Accenture in 2022. The position requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and persuade others.Duties Include• Providing B2B marketing support for Procurement, Business Intelligence, and Technology Outsourcing lines of business.• Overseeing all SEO, PR, and Marketing initiatives for all lines of business.• Handling all CRM Campaigns. Managing social media channels.• Overseeing outsourced services for web and app development. Managing CMS systems.• Handling Google Analytics and developing KPI reporting systems.• Implementing marcomms strategies for SaaS-based offerings for each line of business.• Utilizing various data sources to create campaign activities for the most relevant verticals to our business capabilities.• Designing all website collateral and wire-framing for additional design briefs.• Designing all marketing materials. Creating/editing all video content. Managing WordPress and HubSpot websites.Past Achievements• The Xoomworks group underwent a complete rebranding, including a redesign of the logo, development of style guides, implementation of a new content strategy, and revamping of all related materials.• Five new websites were created in succession, transforming the brand and positioning of the group.• The management of external agencies was implemented to reduce expenses while increasing the department's overall efficiency.
