I am currently the Co Founder and CEO of Electricity Labs/Warp Speed Labs, a software development platform allowing for rapid deployment of software projects. We also offer services for existing and legacy code base optimization and modernization through Warp Speed Labs. Electricity Labs/Warp Speed Labs was founded in 2010 and underwent over 10 years of development. I oversee all aspects of operations and business development for Electricity Labs/Warp Speed Labs while working with partners to set the strategic course of the company.I also co-founded Meporter, a local mobile news desk. Meporter launched at TechCrunch Disrupt 2011 in New York in May. I oversaw all operations and outreach for Meporter while setting the strategy of the company.I was also the founder of 7Mainstreet, an online business community. I oversaw all business aspects of 7Mainstreet while charting its strategic course and developing partnerships among business users.Prior to founding 7Mainstreet in 2006, I was founder and president of Mercury Investment Properties, a Florida-based real estate company I started in 2004.In 2003, I became a partner at Pharma Concepts, a Philadelphia, Pa.-based acquisition company that targets manufacturing and service-related companies across the US in the insurance, recreational, and pharmaceutical industries. I was responsible for evaluating the financial viability of potential acquisition targets.I began my career in high school and college, spending 7 summers working for J.W.S. Delavau, Inc, a family-owned vitamin and food supplement manufacturer. There, I had a wide spectrum of responsibilities ranging across nearly all aspects of the business, including product development, sales, operations, finance, and executive management. In 2002, the company was sold to an investment firm.I hold a bachelor of business administration in small business management and entrepreneurship from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and graduated in 2003.
