• Led a team of five on Asia and North America projects of Window Lift Motor application, managed project on engineering and supported overseas projects.• Supported Business Unit's first automation production line as R&D responsible. Increase the hourly output from 180 pph to 900 pph. In charge of the product standardization and platformization.• Led and developed a new product platform that helped won major projects bids since 2015 with following OEMs: GEELY, GAC, SGMW and BYD. Achieved annual production volume of 5,000k pcs.• Involved as R&D representative in the bidding for the North America market, nominated as the authorized supplier through supplier audit and validation of Ford and Fiat Chrysler.• Took responsibility in project bidding, drawing review, specification initiation, product validation, and failure analysis.
