Extensive knowledge and experience in areas of power management and battery management including researching PMIC technology and market trends. Conceptualize Intel PMIC solution to fit system and customer’s design needs to optimize the overall system BOM cost. Researched on different battery charging topologies and battery chemistries suitable for the design of mobile phone. Familiar with protocols of USB charging including USB Battery Charging specifications and Type C charging specifications.Responsible for developing HW validation board and customer reference design. Led hardware system validation topics with the focus in the area of battery and power management. Debugging in any system related issues encountered. Originates technical application notes and design documentation for project deployment as well as contributed to the overall team's knowledge base sharing. Developed test automation tools for validation deployment and contributed to the standardization of the test tools and setup. Focus areas were battery life and power consumption measurement.Worked with multi-site development teams throughout different phases of the product life cycle till product actualization including working with SOC hardware design team to share system level view to enable better design to suit customer needs. Experienced in supporting customers by providing consultation, technical support, technical training and evaluation for their system application.
