Engage West Midlands is seeking to build a coalition that brings together churches, networks and mission agencies in partnership with resources from outside the region in a focussed way, in order to plant churches and multiply disciples and leaders. We desire to work with a generous heart on the basis of a clear statement of faith (The Evangelical Alliance statement) and a commitment to the Mission of God (Missio Dei).We do this:• Through Training: Equipping and developing teams on the ground to make reproducing disciples and give tools to enable saturation church planting.• To Transform: The intention is to witness widely in a way that sees the transformation of communities as the gospel is outworked in practical ways, addressing needs and changing lives. • Together: We intend to work collaboratively with as many as will join with us in this exciting journey.

Founded by Alan Hirsch and Michael Frost now delivered by FORGE Midlands through FORGE England & Wales, Forge cultivates missional communities by identifying, developing, and training missional leaders, teams and practitioners. Forge aims to mobilise ordinary people to become missional and thrive in whatever context they are called to. This may be in pioneering new things, working in and through an already existing church, serving in a local community, church planting, and professional or relational network. The Forge network is led by active ‘missional practitioners’ who are able to offer significant experiential training in pioneering contexts.
