Andy Macmannis is a Chief Strategy Officer at Collective Action for Education. He possess expertise in teaching, leadership, social media, research, community outreach and 15 more skills. Andy never let the informal setting of a nature camp affect parent communication or his responsibilities as a camp counselor. Andy was consistently the "favorite counselor" on the feedback forms from children and parents. Certainly, his big smile and contagious laugh made even the most hesitant campers feel at ease and excited about whatever Andy had up his sleeve.
