My role at ADI global was a Sales Account Manager which consisted of me providing a customer service and support Internally & Externally working with Accounts to increase revenue and generate new incremental business.I provided first initial contact to the business' new accounts on a monthly basis, arranging the customers Pricing structure and providing relevant and important contact details within the business.I chased on a daily basis high project quotations through the companies ‘pipeline’ to negotiate pricing, supplier deliveries and lead times with the DM to secure the Project.

I provided personal visits, meeting with Branch and Group Managers going through products and technical information of stock the company supply. I had the responsibility of attending trade shows and exhibitions were I put on a presentation for the company explaining and demonstrating the businesses products to existing and potential customers.

My job role also involved personal visits to prospective customers offering competitive prices and information covering our wide range of products.

I spent just under 6 years working at Thomson Tour Operators dealing with the general public for their flight and accommodation needs. Additional responsibilities involved working within a small team correcting any complications resulting from reservations made through the Thomson website. .I continually hit Sales Targets on a monthly basis through the companies Sales leader board.
