As Armadillo’s CTO, I was responsible for the company's technical operations and service delivery. Post and pre-sales consultancy teams report directly to me and are responsible for establishing, validating, recommending and implementing client’s security requirements. I was instrumental in implementing our 24/7 service desk, our managed services offerings, and successfully achieving and maintaining Armadillo's ISO27001 certification. I joined Armadillo in 2003, tasked with developing the company’s technical infrastructure and solutions portfolio as well as supporting and implementing client solutions.
