I worked as the vice coordinator of Assistant in Lembaga Tahap Persiapan Bersama ITB from 2018 to 2020. LTPB Team Assistant was a group of 10 people, with 1 coordinator and 1 vice coordinator, we were helping Ir. Hendri Syamsudin, M.Sc., Ph.D. who was the Secretary of Student Affairs and Character Development in LTPB ITB. Our roles were:1. Managed and trained around 160 trainers who were selected to assist 4000 new students in character building program.2. Coordinating with core team of lectures that was in charge of Character Development in ITB, we developed the contents and methods that were used for 4000 new students in ITB.3. Coordinating around 100 peers to coach and counsel around 300 new students in ITB that was facing difficulties during the first year.

Worked in team to assist 160 students of Civil Engineering ITB batch 2018 to learn soil mechanics through experiments in the lab, we finished about 80% of the experiment needed before covid-19 at March 2020, so the remaining 20% are taught through online learning with the students.

In this project, I was in charge of leading the team to collect funds for ITB on Journey to Riau 2018 Program which was made by UKMR ITB.The accomplishments we made:1. We stop using usual fundraising method like asking lots of members (>20) to sells snacks in the class, instead we used more innovative way to raise funds and was done only by a group of five.2. We managed to exceed the target given to use by 30%, even though in our period, the target had been increased by 40%, so in total we exceed the funds collected by 70% compared to the year before.

In bahasa this project is called Kaderisasi Pasif, I was the leader of this project, it was my responsibility to lead a team of 160 to create a good orientation program to foster our organization's values to the next batch members.The accomplishments we made:1. We introduced character building in this program, such as Integrity, Responsibility, and Empathy2. We managed to made the program more professional by giving structured timeline, detailed rundown and contents to the members. (It's not usual to do this before)
