Lextegrity is an enterprise SaaS firm focused on fighting corruption and fraud in highly regulated, global organizations. Lextegrity's first-of-its-kind software is created by in-house counsel for in-house counsel and mitigates corruption and fraud risks cost-effectively, without increasing legal or compliance headcount.Andy designed, engineered, and was the head of product for Lextegrity's Transaction Monitoring application, a tool ingesting and analyzing millions of Fortune 500 payment, revenue, and employee spend transactions. Further, he is responsible for designing risk scoring, through innovative algorithm development, throughout Lextegrity's products. Additionally responsible for reporting and exposing insights through data visualization embedded within our products.Overall, Andy is focused every day on translating our customer’s data into insights they can utilize to manage their enterprise risk, especially fraud and corruption risk. He is passionate about innovating with analytics, ensuring Lextegrity is evaluating and employing advanced analytical techniques in an effort to stay ahead of the latest fraud schemes and bad actors.

• Lead the visioning, development and ongoing support of the Self-Service Analytics Platform which has grown from nothing to 2K end-users and 75 analysts in 2 years, with the overarching goal to enable users to expose / derive business value from their data.• Lead a team of data professionals to drive value through improving corporate performance with analytics.• Enable a culture of self-service analytics through sharing and building expertise with in-house, business-focused tools (i.e., Alteryx, Tableau). Further, protect and grow these tools through establishing effective processes and governance standards. • Responsible for developing, documenting and teaching visualization-related standards, processes and best practices to ensure quality and consistency.• Responsible for the enterprise Tableau Server instance, including all aspects of the environment and governance standards. Implemented Tableau server that delivers visualizations in dozens of functional areas.• Lead or support visual analytics projects across the enterprise in an effort to enable better data-driven decision making. Most involve solutioning the entire process from data to deliverable.• Contribute to the leadership and strategy for the broader Enterprise Data & Strategic Analytics department.• Lead and consult on visual analytics for key strategic initiatives and C-suite executives, enabling better decision making through helping them understand and gain insights into their business.• Develop and implement unique solutions, across the analytical process (data storage, wrangling, insights generation, and visualization) using a collection of tools (including Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, EasyMorph, and others) to support analytical goals.

Responsible for design, development, and evolution of the audit analytics program, including development and refinement of the program methodology, maintaining and training of audit staff with key technologies (Python, R, SQL and Tableau), and building a library of analytics. A primary objective is to create value for audit department by efficiently and effectively using data and presenting results.
